Staged Reading to YouTube Series
The middle of 2022 saw a surge of theatre activity in Mitchell Shire — the iMPERFECT base of operations. There were 2 years worth of shows and ideas shelved by lockdowns desperately wanting fruition. It became an awkward time to introduce a new and exciting creative development project to the Seymour Performers Workshop. We all tried. But this did not mean the cancellation of the Staged Reading!
Beth, inspired by Staging Director Peter Read's commitment to the project, re-designed the Staged Reading concept by segmenting the mounting of the scenes into weekly showcases, captured on video. The result is an incubator project towards The iMPERFECT YouTube Series. Watch this space!
